We provide blasting, stripping, and solvent cleaning steps to insure the substrate is free of any oils, dirt, rust, mill scale, etc.  All shop air is refrigerant air dried and multi stage filtered. This ensures that your parts are not contaminated or moisture laden, and that all the parts are sprayed and sandblasted or beadblasted with clean, non contaminated compressed air.

We use state of the art oven control system that will insure your powder coating is baked at the precise temperature for optimum quality and durability.

• We can also retreat the product (an important step not done by all coaters) during which the product is treated with a pretreatment chemical or conversion coating, usually phosphate or zinc based, to further protect it and improve the surface for powder adherence.
• We then rinse thoroughly and dry completely then powder coat, applied with an electrostatic gun.
• Finally, we FULLY cure the powder in our gas fired oven, generally at 375- 400 deg. F, 15 - 20 minutes (varies) , making sure the oven is preheated to temp.
